Steps to install outlook on your mobile phone.
1. Go to your Android Play Store Or Apple App Store and in the search bar. Search for: Microsoft Outlook
2. Download Microsoft Outlook to mobile device.
3. Open Microsoft Outlook
4. On the welcome screen, click on Get Started
5. Enter your email address: (FirstName.LastName@department.vi.gov) then hit continue.
6. Government of the USVI Screen comes up. Under the password field, Enter your password then hit Sign In or Log In
